One month after expanding its OpenAI-driven virtual assistant globally, the Swedish buy-now, pay-later company has unveiled fresh data showcasing its proficiency in managing customer interactions, enhancing shopper satisfaction, and yielding improved financial outcomes. Having announced its collaboration with OpenAI early last year, Klarna positioned itself as one of the pioneers in incorporating the firm's innovative ChatGPT technology into a shopping plug-in. Initially, the natural-language interface facilitated personalized shopping decisions, described by Klarna as "smooth shopping".

After a decade of development, numerous shifts in direction and leadership, and a multitude of leaks, Apple has purportedly ceased work on its electric car. As per a Bloomberg report, the company is reallocating some staff to focus on internal generative AI projects and considering laying off others.

OpenAI has surpassed $10 billion in annual recurring revenue, according to a company spokesperson. This milestone comes less than three years after the launch of ChatGPT. The reported figure includes revenue from consumer-facing products, ChatGPT business offerings, and the application programming interface. It excludes licensing income from Microsoft and large one-time agreements.
